HY-PLFB-YY drifting oil spill monitoring buoy is a small intelligent drifting buoy independently developed by Frankstar. This buoy takes a highly sensitive oil-in-water sensor, which can accurately measure the trace content of PAHs in water. By drifting, it continuously collects and transmits oil pollution information in water bodies, providing important data support for oil spill tracking.
The buoy is equipped with an oil-in-water ultraviolet fluorescence probe, which can quickly and accurately measure the PAH content in various water bodies such as oceans, lakes, and rivers. At the same time, the satellite positioning system is used to determine the spatial position of the buoy, and the Beidou, Iridium, 4G, HF and other communication methods are used to transmit the acquired data to the cloud platform in real time. Users can easily access, query and download these data, thereby realizing real-time grasp of oil pollution in water bodies.
This buoy is mainly used for oil (PAH) monitoring in water bodies such as rivers, lakes, and seawater, and plays an important role in port terminals, oil and gas well sites, ship oil spill monitoring, marine environmental monitoring, and marine disaster prevention and mitigation.

The minimum detection limit is 0.2ppb (PTSA), and the measurement range is 0-2700ppb (PTSA);
●Refined oil (gasoline/diesel/lubricating oil, etc.):
The minimum detection limit is 2ppb, and the measurement range is 0-10000ppb;

The buoy structure is professionally designed to drift closely with the ocean current, playing an important role in offshore oil spill tracking and oil pollution diffusion analysis.

The diameter of the buoy is about half a meter and the total weight is about 12kg, which is easy to transport and deploy with the ship.
